Before following the steps below, reboot your system. Often, a simple reboot will resolve many issues, including incorrect time. In addition, the fixes described below will also work on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
 

 

Method 1: Check if Windows Time Service is running

The first thing you need to do is to check if the Windows Time service is running. If the time service is not running or stopped, Windows may display the wrong time because it cannot update it accurately.
 
Step 1: Type services.msc in the Windows 10 Start menu,

Method 3: Synchronize time with Internet Time Server

When the time zone is not correct, the time will not be correct. Usually Windows can detect the time zone automatically and set it. However, sometimes this may be wrong or you may have changed it unintentionally. Follow these quick steps to change the time zone to the appropriate location in Windows 10.

Step 1: Go to Settings.
