Step 1: Open Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting Task Manager.
 

 
Step 2: Click on More details.
 

 
Step 3: Choose the Startup tab from the top menu.
 

 
 
Step 4: Right-click on one of the four default tabs – Name, Publisher, Status … and select CPU at startup.
 

 
Step 5: Click on the CPU at startup tab to rank the longest processes.
