How to Add Print Option in Right-Click Menu

To add a printer to the “Send To” menu, we first need to create the shortcut for the printer and then add it to the “Send To” folder.

Step 1: All printers are stored in one folder. To open the printer folder, press Windows key + R, type shell:PrintersFolder and click the OK button.

Step 2: The above action will open the Printers folder. This folder hosts all your printers. If you have more than one printer, find the printer of your choice and drag and drop it onto the desktop.

Step 3: As soon as you drag and drop, Windows will automatically create the printer shortcut.

Step 4: Now we need to add the shortcut to the “Send To” folder. To open the “Send To” folder, press Win + R, type shell:SendTo and click the OK button.

Step 5: In the “Send To” folder, copy and paste the printer shortcut we created earlier. Once this is done, close the folder.

Step 6: So now, you will see the new printer added to the “Send To” menu when you right-click on a file or folder.

If you want to delete the printer from the “Send To” menu, simply delete the shortcut you added to the “Send To” folder.
