In this tutorial, we are going to see how to add shortcuts to the “Send to” menu in Windows 10. In Windows 10, when you right-click on a file or folder, you’ll probably have noticed the “Send To” option within the context menu. Maybe you even use it on a daily basis. It allows you to quickly and easily transfer the selected item to another storage volume or drag it into a compressed folder.

The ” Send to ” options in the context menu evolve according to the programs you install on your PC. Options, sometimes unnecessary, can therefore be added. But the good news is that you can customize the “Send To” menu as you wish. To do so, I invite you to follow the few steps below.
 

How to Add Shortcuts to the “Send to” Menu in Windows 10

Step 1: Right-click on the Start button, select Run.
 

 

 
Step 2: Type shell:sendto and press Enter.
 

 
Step 3: To delete an unnecessary options, right click on its title (in this example Bluetooth device) and click on “Delete”.
 

 
Step 4: Now, to add shortcuts to the Send To menu, right-click in an empty space in the window, then click New and Shortcut.
