How to Restore Drivers in Windows 10

Step 1: Right-click on the Windows 10 Start menu. Then Device Manager
 

 
Step 2: In the Device Manager, find the device for which you want to install the driver, right click on it and select Update Driver.
 

 

 
Step 3: In the Update Driver window, select the Browse my computer for driver software.
 

 
Step 4: In this window, click on the Browse button.
 

 
 
Step 5: The above action will open the Browse window. Here, browse for the driver’s backup directory and select it. Remember, just select the root backup directory.
 

 
Step 6: Make sure the Include subfolder box is checked and click the Next button.
 

 
Step 7: Windows will now scan the backup folder, find the appropriate driver and install it.

Step 8: After installing the driver, Windows will display a confirmation window. Close it.

Step 9: Restart Windows to apply the driver changes.
