How to Pin Specific Settings to the Start Menu in Windows 10

In this tutorial, we are going to see how to pin specific settings to the Start menu in Windows 10. Windows 10 allows you to pin any tab from the Settings app to the Start menu. This may seem like a feature limited to the Settings app, but Windows 10 still has the Control Panel where many settings are located. You are just as likely to need to access a particular Control Panel setting.
