How to Enable Ultimate Performance Mode in Windows 10

In this tutorial, we are going to see how to enable Ultimate Performance mode in Windows 10.

Depending on how you use your computer, it is possible to configure Windows to use a power management mode that will prioritize either performance or power saving.

Since Windows 10 version 1803, Microsoft has introduced a new power management mode, Ultimate Performance, intended mainly for workstations equipped with Windows 10 Pro. To activate it, you need to go to Windows Settings > System > Power & Sleep section.

At the bottom of the window, click on Additional Power Settings. The window dedicated to Power Options should then display an Ultimate Performance option that you just need to select to enable the mode.

But other machines running Windows 10 Home and Professional are by default, missing this power mode. If the option is indeed present in the operating system, it is hidden but can nevertheless be activated in a few clicks to take advantage of it on any PC. Here is how to do it.
