Step 1: In the search box, type Control Panel and then press it to open it.
 

 
Step 2: Click on Hardware and Sound.

Step 4: Set the pointer speed to max. You may need to configure this separately for the touchpad.
 

 
Step 5: Go to the Pointer Options tab, then move the pointer speed slider all the way to the right and check the Improve pointer accuracy box.
