Step 3: Go to Power Management tab and check the box Allow this device to wake up the computer and click OK to save the changes.
 

 
If you don’t see the power management tab, it’s likely that your mouse doesn’t support this feature. Just to be sure, reinstall the mouse driver. If the mouse supports this option, you will see the power management tab.
