How to Display Day of Week in Windows 10 Taskbar

In this tutorial, we are going to see how to display day of week in Windows 10 taskbar. Here’s a quick and easy trick to implement. If you want, you can display the day of the week in the Windows 10 taskbar (just below the time). If you don’t like the dd/mm/yyyy format (day/month/year). Just follow the few steps below.
 

 

How to Display Day of Week in Windows 10 Taskbar

Step 1: Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

Step 2: Then type intl.cpl and validate with the Enter key or click on OK.
 

 
Step 3: From the new window that opens, click on Additional Settings.
 

 

 
Step 4: Next, go to the Date tab, then next to Short Date replace the default format (dd/MM/yyyy) with dd/mmm/yyyy and click OK to save your changes.
 

 
That’s it! Now the date displayed in the taskbar will look like Friday 21 January 2022, instead of 21/01/2022.
