How to Disable Sleep Option from Windows 10 Start Menu

In this tutorial, we are going to see how to disable sleep option from Windows 10 start menu. If your computer doesn’t support HybridSleep and you are used to turning off the computer after putting it into sleep mode, the default sleep option in the Start menu is not very useful. The good thing is that you can disable it. Follow the steps below to remove the Sleep option from the Windows 10 Start menu.

Removing the Start menu sleep option also helps when you don’t want other users to put your system into sleep mode. Unlike systems that support HybridSleep, normal sleep mode does not store the system state. This means that if you turn off the power, the computer will boot from sleep.
