Step 1: Click on start button and type CMD. Then click on its icon.
 

 

 
Step 2: Then type the following command before confirming with the Enter key.

netsh wlan show interfaces


 
You will then get the quality of the signal in percentage. This varies between 0 and 100%. Obviously, the higher the value, the better the Wi-Fi signal quality.

If the signal quality varies between 80 and 100%, the connection is excellent. On the other hand, if the value is below 60%, it indicates that the signal is rather weak. You should consider moving your device closer to the access point (Internet box).
