Step 5: Name this new value “BingSearchEnabled” and leave its default value at “0”.
 

 
Step 6: Then, look for the value named CortanaConsent, then double-click on it. Also set its value to “0” and validate with “OK”. If the value does not exist, you must create it by right-clicking, then New and DWORD (32-bit) value.
