Step 1: Click on the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
 

 
Step 2: Click on Settings.

Step 4: Under Display Resolution, select the option you want from the drop-down menu.

You may be prompted to decide within 15 seconds if you want to keep your screen resolution change.

At this 15-second interval, you can access your desktop or browse a website to see if the selected resolution matches your preferences. If it does, click “Keep” the changes. If it doesn’t, click “Restore” and select another resolution.
