In this tutorial, we are going to see how to get MAC address in CMD. MAC addresses are unique physical addresses specific to each network device. If you have MAC address filtering in place to encrypt your WiFi wireless network, or to access a MAC address-protected network, you need to know the MAC address of your computer.

Step 1: Click on start button and type CMD. Then click on its icon.
 

 
Step 2: In CMD, type the command ipconfig /all and then press the Enter key.
 

 
 
Step 3: The information about the IP configuration of your computer and the Physical Address of your network card are displayed.
 

 
Step 4: Finally close the command prompt window.
